I do love cooking. I love cooking and creating for my family and friends. I love learning new techniques in how I cook my favorite meats. This post and blog is the last place you'll find Vegan food (and at one point I had one living with me and she survived without temptation!!)
So, in one of my conversations with a friend's husband, she said that she loves when he makes ribs. Personally, I'm not a huge fan, but when they're cooked right, and super tender, I'll certainly enjoy the meal. So I proceeded to tell her about the ribs from Costco that my aunt likes to cook and that I thought were super tasty. Well, now, here we are, having a rib cook-off. Seriously, I don't think that I can take credit for flavor when it comes to this because it's already pre-seasoned with a dry rub. Friend's husband takes his ribs very seriously and has various cooking methods. Don't know how blind taste testing is going to go, but one thing I am sure of, it's going to be a fun night.
UPDATE - it's 2 days later - I didn't take any pictures.. The food was ridiculously good!!!!
I suck at this blogging thing, But I will continue to work at it!!!!
